Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp mayo

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 1/2 cup olive oil or avocado oil

  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp anchovy fillet, minced

  • Dash of apple cider vinegar

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Tips & Substitutions

  • Depending on the consistency you want, you can add more mayo (for a thicker dressing) or more oil (for a thinner dressing).

  • If you’re a garlic lover, go ahead and throw your garlic in raw. If not you can sauté your garlic before adding it.

Substitutions

  • Apple Cider Vinegar: Lemon juice


Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse until fully mixed. Alternatively, if you only have a very large food processor (in which case fully chopping up and mixing the ingredients will be more tedious), you can put the ingredients in a glass jar and use a stick blender to combine.
