Ingredients

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 tbsp of water or more, depending on desired consistency

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Tips & Substitutions

  • Pairs well with chicken and seafood dishes


Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients except water to food processor.

  2. Process for a few seconds to get a sense of the consistency.

  3. Add water slowly, processing and scraping down the sides in between additions until the sauce is at your desired consistency.
