A health coach is a wellness expert that works with clients to create individualized, adaptable mind-body health plans. At Vibrancy Health Coaching we take a holistic approach based on ancestral health principles to help you thrive.

+ What do you mean by ancestral/primal?

Our guidance is centered on ancestral health principles, a scientifically validated wellness plan that mimics that of our primal ancestors and supports our genetic evolutionary blueprint with real-food, low-carb eating, inspired movement and play, and stress-reduction and balance in all aspects of life.

+ What does vibrant health look like?

Think for a moment about your favorite wild animal. For us, it’s the strong and majestic tiger. A healthy tiger in its natural habitat doesn’t struggle to express and fulfill its ultimate tiger-ness. It just thrives naturally. And we want to help you to do the same. We’re not talking about perfect health (which doesn’t exist) because life is still going to throw you curve balls, but you’ll be so much better equipped to handle them when you’re in a state of vibrancy.

Getting sick or experiencing diminished health is extremely costly and enormously stressful.     There is a ton of information out there and without a lot of experience it can be hard to determine the quality of the advice. One person says that kombucha is a cure-all while another says it is just a fad - who is right? We’ll remove the anxiety of wondering whether you’ve even got good information to begin with.

  2. No Accounting for What Will Have the Biggest Impact for You
    Google does not provide personalized recommendations. Just because something may be generally health-enhancing, that does not mean that the improvement will be significant for you - it may be minimal and not worth the effort or cost. We learn about you and determine what changes will have the biggest impact on your life.

  3. No Mindfulness for Time or Other Constraints in Your Life
    Change is hard and recommendations online usually do not take into account your real life situation. If you spend enough time reading health blogs, you’ll start to feel as though everything you’re doing is wrong, and everybody but you is thriving and jiving. We’re realistic and we understand the constraints of everyday, modern life. We work with you to craft a personalized approach to your health goals that fits into the framework of wherever you are right now in life.

+ What is a free discovery call/initial consult?

The joy we derive from this business comes from helping people achieve their health goals. So we want to make sure we can help you before you even spend a dime. A discovery call helps us to understand where you are in your health journey and what has and hasn’t worked for you so far. It also gives you a chance to ask us questions once we’ve told you a bit more about what we can do to help. Then, based on this, together we will determine if we are a good fit for each other and whether to move forward. It's basically a first date without the food (but, hey, at least it's free).

+ What do I do after I finish my 90-Day Total Body Transformation Program?

Once you have completed the 90-Day Total Body Transformation, you will have incorporated into your life all of the building blocks you need to start living the healthy, vibrant life you have always wanted. You'll no longer wonder what you should eat, how many times you should exercise - all of those questions that used to plague you into inaction. From this strong foundation, you can go forth and thrive!

If you find that you want more advanced coaching after the program, that you run into a specific problem, or you just want someone to check in with you every week, month, or every few months to keep you on track, we are there for you! At the end of the 90-day program, we will talk to you about your options and will be there for you every step of the way!
