1 small cauliflower, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup capers, drained
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp red pepper flakes

Tips & Substitutions
If your cauliflower is not cooking as fast as you’d like, add a tablespoon of water and cover it for a few minutes to allow it to steam. Then uncover and allow the water to evaporate.
In a pan, heat oil over medium high heat and add cauliflower.
Saute until browned on outside but soft when pierced with a fork, 10-12 minutes.
Add capers, parsley, garlic, and cook for 1-2 minutes, until garlic browned and fragrant.
