Ingredients

  • 1 small cauliflower, coarsely chopped

  • 1/4 cup capers, drained

  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes

  • Avocado oil for frying

Tips & Substitutions

  • If your cauliflower is not cooking as fast as you’d like, add a tablespoon of water and cover it for a few minutes to allow it to steam. Then uncover and allow the water to evaporate.


Instructions:

  1. In a pan, heat oil over medium high heat and add cauliflower.

  2. Saute until browned on outside but soft when pierced with a fork, 10-12 minutes.

  3. Add capers, parsley, garlic, and cook for 1-2 minutes, until garlic browned and fragrant.

  4. Serve and enjoy.
