3 cloves garlic, minced
Avocado oil for frying (about 2 tbsp)
Tips & Substitutions
When cooking your asparagus (and generally sautéing anything), move the asparagus around occasionally to prevent burning. At the same time, however, don't move the asparagus around too much because every time you move the asparagus, it has to warm up again (kind of like if you keep opening up the oven door). If you move the asparagus around too much, you’re just preventing it from cooking.
Over medium-high heat, cook asparagus until crispy and tender.
Turn the heat down to medium and add the garlic. Cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
