10 Hours of 1-on-1 Health Coaching

During scheduled meetings with your coach (either in-person or via Skype), we will get to know you one-on-one, learn about your health challenges and goals, what makes you tick, how to motivate you. Together we will come up with a personalized plan that prioritizes the lifestyle changes which make the most sense for you. Throughout our relationship, we’ll be here to guide and support you, address your questions and doubts, teach you to trust your intuition around health, and ultimately lead you to a place where you won’t need our help anymore.
